Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, patient\-focused Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our friendly and highly respected team in the beautiful Cotswolds.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building long\-term patient relationships, delivering exceptional periodontal care, and working alongside experienced dentists within a modern, progressive practice.
Ideally, we are seeking someone who can commit to five days per week. However, we recognise that great clinicians don't always come in full\-time packages and would be delighted to hear from candidates seeking part\-time opportunities. We are happy to consider two part\-time applicants whose availability complements the needs of the practice.

About the Role
This role will allow you to build meaningful patient relationships while playing a vital role in supporting patients' long\-term oral health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high\-quality periodontal and preventive care
- Delivering hygiene and therapy treatment tailored to individual patient needs
- Educating and motivating patients to improve their oral health
- Supporting implant maintenance programmes
- Working collaboratively with dentists and nursing teams
- Promoting prevention\-focused dentistry and long\-term patient wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment planning
- Utilising your full scope of practice as appropriate to your experience and qualifications
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Essential
✔ GDC Registered Dental Hygienist/Therapist
✔ Ideally 2 \- 3 years' clinical experience within UK dental practice
✔ Passionate about prevention and patient education
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident building long\-term patient relationships
✔ Professional, compassionate, and patient\-focused
✔ Strong clinical standards and attention to detail
✔ Positive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive culture
✔ Right to work in the UK
Desirable
✔ Experience working within a private or mixed dental practice
✔ Experience supporting implant maintenance patients
✔ Experience in modern hygiene techniques
✔ Interest in continued professional development and advanced periodontal care
