Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team in the GB area. Based in our supportive environment, you will play a vital role in delivering high\-quality care to young people, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to service users in accordance with individual care plans.


• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.


• Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.


• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in care.


• Qualifications


• Proven experience or interest in social care or health support roles.


• Strong communication skills and empathy towards vulnerable individuals.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Valid driving license is desirable but not essential.


• Basic IT skills for record keeping.


• Knowledge of care plans and home care procedures is advantageous.


• Fluency in English is required.


• A compassionate attitude and commitment to supporting service users.

Pay: £13\.05\-£13\.50 per hour
