Care Assistant – Day \& Night Shifts
We are looking for kind, caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly care home team.
About the Role
You will support residents with their daily needs while promoting their dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care and daily activities
- Assist with mobility, meals and hydration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Respect residents’ dignity, privacy and independence
- Follow individual care plans
- Work with colleagues to provide person\-centred care
- A kind, compassionate and respectful attitude
- Reliability and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided
- Day and night shifts available
