Domiciliary Care Worker – Kuble Care, Reading

Kuble Care is a CQC\-registered, nurse\-led domiciliary and complex care provider based in Reading. We support NHS\-funded and private clients across Reading, Wokingham and the surrounding Berkshire area to live safely and independently at home. Because we are nurse\-led, you get proper clinical backing: experienced nurses oversee care plans and are there when you need advice.

We are recruiting reliable, caring Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team. Full\-time and part\-time hours are available.

Pay

• £16\.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay (rolled\-up holiday pay: £14\.28 basic \+ £1\.72 holiday pay per hour, shown separately on your payslip)


• Typically 16–40 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns

• Provide person\-centred personal care in clients' own homes: washing, dressing, continence care and moving and handling


• Support with medication in line with care plans and our medication policy


• Prepare meals and drinks and support nutrition and hydration


• Offer companionship and support clients' dignity, independence and wellbeing


• Keep accurate, timely care records and report any changes or concerns to the office or nurse on call


• Follow safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures

• Previous care experience preferred; Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF Level 2\+ in Health and Social Care is an advantage


• Kind, patient and dependable, with good written and spoken English


• Willingness to complete mandatory training and an Enhanced DBS check


• Full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable

• £16\.00 per hour (holiday pay included)


• Full induction and ongoing training


• Clinical support from a nurse\-led management team


• Consistent clients and a supportive, well\-organised rota
