Under the guidance of our devoted Training and Development Manager, we provide essential support to our new caregivers. We assist them in attaining their Care Certificate and help them to chart their career trajectories in Adult Social Care. We offer a wide array of training programs and opportunities for professional advancement.
We are committed to ensure that our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide the highest level of care to our residents, and their own professional development.

Personal Care
To assist the residents with their physical care and personal hygiene needs, ensuring that residents independence is preserved as far as possible and affording appropriate levels of privacy and dignity.
The responsibilities of a Health Care Assistant vary depending on the needs of the individual.
Typically, they include:
- Assisting the service user in daily tasks, such as, dressing, personal care, meals and leisure activities.
- Be responsible for cleanliness, neatness and tidiness of residents rooms to ensure health and safety standards
- Providing emotional support by talking and listening to service users
- Documenting all care actions into handheld devices in real time and for the right duration
- Working together with other Health Care Assistants, Leads and relevant members of the care home
- Attending staff meetings
- Completing and maintaining all yearly mandatory trainings
- An interest in people and a commitment to helping others
- The ability to gain the trust of service users and build good relationships with vulnerable people
- The ability to carry out practical and domestic duties
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills and the ability to meet the needs of several service users at one time
- A high level of patience and emotional resilience
- Experience required:\*\* a GCSE in English and Maths are preferred but not essential
- Communication skills,
- Listening skills
- Understanding of disability issues
- Work on own initiative
- Experience of teamwork
- Willingness to be flexible

- Understanding of care in the community
Pay: £13\.00\-£13\.20 per hour
