Health and Social Care Programme Deliverer

• Hourly Rate: £35 - £40

• Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (until October half term)

We are seeking a dedicated Programme Deliverer to lead on Health and Social Care (H&SC) Programmes across standard vocational pathways and Level 1 & 2 programmes, including ESOL and Pathways. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and healthcare, ready to make a significant impact in a short-term, intensive role.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative sessions on Health and Social Care Programmes, focusing on standard vocational pathways and Level 1 & 2 programmes.


• Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively.


• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.


• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to engage actively and respect diverse perspectives.


• Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources ahead of each session.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering educational programmes, particularly in Health and Social Care.


• Strong understanding of the curriculum and requirements for Level 1 & 2 programmes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.


• Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet educational goals.


• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse student groups.
