As Health \& Safety Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of health and safety standards across our GrandVision Tech Centre, ensuring a safe, compliant and engaging working environment for all colleagues.

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification (Diploma desirable)


• Previous Health \& Safety experience, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment


• Strong knowledge of UK health \& safety legislation and compliance requirements


• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits and incident investigations


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities

• Maintain and continuously improve health \& safety policies, procedures and compliance standards


• Monitor and interpret health \& safety legislation, ensuring legal compliance across the site


• Manage risk assessments, COSHH documentation and health \& safety records


• Lead accident, incident and near\-miss investigations, identifying root causes and preventative actions


• Conduct internal audits and support external inspections and assessments


• Deliver health \& safety training and guidance to managers and colleagues


• Oversee first aid arrangements, PPE compliance and contractor management processes


• Monitor waste management activities and support environmental compliance initiatives


• Partner with Facilities teams to ensure health, safety and statutory obligations are met
