Are you an experienced Receptionist or Dental Nurse looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our friendly \& experienced team at Ringley Park Dental Practice in Reigate as Head Receptionist.

The essentials:

• Full\-time, 39 hours per week


• Mondays 8am 5\.45pm, Tuesdays 8am \- 5\.30pm, Wednesdays 8am \- 5\.30pm, Thursdays 8\.15am \- 5\.30pm, Fridays 8am \- 1pm


• Competitive hourly rate of £14\.50 per hour in line with experience


• Lead a motivated and friendly team of 5 Receptionists


• Opportunity to get involved with wider practice operations involved with the patient journey and compliance


• Free parking on site

This is an key role within the practice. In addition to usual reception duties the role will involve; team leadership responsibilities, delegating tasks, supporting the practice manager and wider team, compliance and being a point of contact for patients through their course of treatments.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous Reception or Dental Nursing experience


• Previous examples of taking on additional responsibilities \& team leadership


• A positive attitude, empathetic and well\-organised


• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
