Salary: £120,000 - £140,000

This is not a traditional “steady-state” treasury role. This is an opportunity to lead, influence and shape the strategic direction of a high-profile international business where Treasury plays a central role in commercial decision making.

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Treasury to lead all aspects of the global treasury function, partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership team across funding, liquidity, capital structure, banking relationships and financial risk management.

This role offers significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to drive treasury transformation within a complex multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the global treasury function across cash, liquidity and risk management

• Manage funding, refinancing and capital structure initiatives


• Oversee banking and lender relationships globally


• Drive treasury transformation, automation and process optimisation


• Lead cash forecasting and working capital management strategies


• Manage FX and interest rate risk across international operations


• Ensure robust treasury governance, controls and policy frameworks


• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives

Candidate Profile • Proven Treasury leadership experience within a multinational organisation

• Strong technical expertise across liquidity, debt, FX and treasury risk management


• Experience managing sophisticated banking and funding structures


• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management capability


• Ability to operate strategically while remaining operationally hands-on


• ACT qualifications (AMCT/FCT) preferred


• Excellent communication skills with the credibility to influence at senior level
