We are seeking a Head of Technology Operations to lead IT operations, oversee technology infrastructure, and drive operational excellence across enterprise systems. The role includes managing technical teams, improving service delivery, and supporting strategic technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology operations and IT service management functions
- Oversee infrastructure performance, cybersecurity, and system reliability
- Manage technical teams and operational improvement projects
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, and technology performance metrics
- Experience in IT operations, technology management, or infrastructure leadership
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem\-solving skills
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and IT service management
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
