The opportunity
We're a fast\-growing, privately\-owned group with a portfolio of ambitious consumer brands — and paid media is the engine behind our growth. We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to take full ownership of media buying across the entire group, smash group\-level lead and CPL targets, and build out a performance team beneath them as we scale.
This is a hands\-on leadership role for a genuine paid media expert — someone who can build, optimise and scale high\-performing campaigns across multiple brands, lives in the data, and treats every pound of spend like it's their own. You'll join an established, well\-resourced group marketing function and have the autonomy to own the numbers that matter most.
What you'll own
- Full media buying across the group — owning strategy, execution and optimisation of all paid channels across every brand.
- Paid search — expert\-level management of Google, from account structure to bidding strategy and scaling.
- Paid social — driving performance across Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
- Lead targets \& CPLs — full accountability for group\-level lead volume and cost\-per\-lead, with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Tracking \& attribution — Owning best\-in\-class tracking, attribution and reporting (GA4, server\-side tracking, pixel/CAPI, attribution modelling) so every channel is measured accurately and decisions are data\-led.
- Budget management — allocating and flexing spend across brands and channels to maximise return.
- Team building — hiring, leading and developing a team of performance marketing executives as the group grows.
- A proven paid media expert with a strong track record of owning and scaling spend across paid search, Meta, TikTok and beyond.
- Deep, demonstrable accountability for lead targets and CPLs — you've consistently hit and beaten them at scale.
- Outstanding command of tracking and attribution — you know how to set it up properly and trust your numbers.
- Commercially obsessed — you think in CPA, ROAS, LTV and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
- Experience operating at group or multi\-brand level is a strong advantage.
