The opportunity

Smile White is the UK's fastest growing aligner brand. We partner with over 300 clinics across the UK to deliver life\-changing smiles — and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a commercially sharp Head of Marketing to own the marketing engine that powers that growth.

This is not a standing start. You'll be backed by an established group marketing function — three marketing technologists, a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Brand Manager, Content Writer, Head of SEO, CRM Manager and PR \& Influencer Manager. Your job is to take a brilliant brand with serious momentum and push it to the next level.

What you'll own

• Lead generation — owning and hitting new patient lead targets, with full accountability for pipeline and cost\-per\-acquisition.


• Media buying — planning and optimising paid campaigns that deliver measurable, profitable growth.


• Organic social — driving brand engagement and building a loyal, growing audience.


• CRM — leveraging our CRM to maximise patient retention, reactivation and lifetime value.


• Brand engagement — protecting and elevating the Smile White brand as we expand into new markets.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a management role within a privately\-owned start\-up or scale\-up.


• A strong track record in media buying, lead generation, branding, CRM and growing brands.


• Commercially minded — you live and breathe targets, numbers and ROI.


• A natural leader who can get the best out of an established, talented team.


• Hungry, hands\-on and comfortable operating at pace in a high\-growth environment.


• Experience in D2C, healthcare, dental or another high\-growth consumer brand is a plus, but the right scale\-up mindset matters most.
