*Registered Manager / Deputy Manager Experience in homecare Essential*
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager to lead and grow our Homecare Service.
Oakmont Care Services has an established reputation for delivering high\-quality supported living services and is continuing to develop its presence within homecare and blended support.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in homecare management, service development and regulatory compliance. This role offers a significant degree of autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future direction of an expanding service within a growing organisation.
Building on the strong foundations already in place, you will be responsible for leading the continued growth of the service through the development of new care packages, expansion into new geographical areas and the maintenance of excellent relationships with service users, families, local authorities and other stakeholders.
You will provide hands\-on leadership across quality assurance, compliance, and operational performance\- ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while supporting sustainable growth. As a visible and engaged leader, you will work closely with colleagues, service users and external partners to further strengthen Oakmont's reputation for delivering outstanding care and support.
This role is not suited to first\-time managers. Applicants should be able to demonstrate substantial experience of managing regulated care services, leading teams, overseeing compliance and driving service development.
You will inherit a solid platform for growth but will be expected to bring the knowledge, leadership and industry experience required to take the service to the next stage of its development.
The competitive salary of circa £45,000 will be complemented by a generous performance\-related bonus linked to service growth, profitability and quality outcomes, providing significant earning potential for the right candidate.
