How you'll make an impact
As the Head of Financial Lines, you’ll lead and develop our Financial Lines division, driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll:* Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Financial Lines portfolio, ensuring alignment with Gallagher’s overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee the design and delivery of tailored insurance solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
We’re looking for someone who is:* You have extensive experience in Financial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio.
- You hold a CIP, ACII, or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.
- You have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and profitability.
- You have experience leading and developing high\-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration and professional development.
- You’re committed to delivering exceptional service and building long\-term relationships with clients.
- You have in\-depth knowledge of Financial Lines products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
