The Head of Financial Controls will lead and develop the financial control framework across David Lloyd Clubs, ensuring strong governance, effective risk management and the integrity of financial reporting. Working closely with Finance and senior business stakeholders, the role will oversee financial controls strategy, audit processes, compliance and reporting, while supporting the business through continued growth and transformation.

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5\+ years experience post qualification in financial controls, audit, reporting, or controllership roles
- Strong understanding of end\-to\-end finance processes, risk management, and control frameworks
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- Experience working with external auditors and delivering accurate financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience within PLC or SOX\-controlled environments, multi\-site organisations, or finance transformation projects is desirable
