We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organised Dispatch Support operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders ready for dispatch


• Creating and checking shipping paperwork


• Packing orders accurately and securely


• Booking shipments via DHL and FedEx


• Preparing the correct shipping documentation


• Ensuring all orders are dispatched with the correct paperwork


• Working closely with internal departments to meet dispatch deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail


• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations (preferred)


• Experience booking courier shipments (e.g. DHL / FedEx)


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Good organisational skills


• Basic IT skills
