We are looking to recruit a Head of Finance for the B. Braun Group in Italy.
The scope covers the full B. Braun footprint in Italy, covering the distribution and healthcare services for the Italian market as well as 2 manufacturing sites for B. Braun Avitum.
The role reports functionally to the regional CFO Western Europe and is a member of the local Management Team. The position is based in Milan, Italy.

Duties and responsibilitiesFunctionally and legally fully responsible for local Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and the interface with Global Business Services.
Responsible for local execution of regional functional strategies and roadmaps.
Responsible for the compliance with legal and organizational guidelines for his / her area of responsibilities.
Responsible for financial performance management to achieve set targets.
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including the local executive team, regional CFO, and global CFO, to align financial strategies and objectives.
Establishes and maintains budgets and regularly reports on actual or forecasted revenues, profit and losses in his/her area of responsibility.
Leads the finance organization across accounting, treasury, tax, controlling and CSRD reporting, and provides managerial oversight and further possibility of strategic alignment for IT, ensuring compliance with Group standards, regulatory requirements and data security principles.
Ensure the reporting to the General Management and shareholders including CSRD.
As a member of the respective Management Teams, advise the top management and lead local strategic projects.

Professional skillsMaster’s degree in finance or equivalent
Several years of experience in a senior finance position, ideally in a complex local organization
Strong accounting knowledge and certified accountant; knowledge of Italian fiscal legislation as an advantage
Fluent English
Working knowledge of Italian to interact with local authorities and external stakeholders as an advantage

Compensation details in Italy:
Salary range: € 110\.000 and € 150\.000 Gross Annual Salary \+ Bonus \+ car \+ benefits according to Dirigente Industrie National bargaining.

The aforementioned range represents the estimated remuneration for the position. The final gross annual salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience and skills, in compliance with applicable European regulations on pay transparency and pay equity.
