Salary: Competitive salary \- £85k \- £100k

Hours: 37\.5 hours per week, no weekends

• You will be leading, mentoring and developing a high\-performing finance team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.


• You will be driving efficiency through process improvement and the adoption of modern finance technologies, including enterprise resource planning systems, forecasting tools and artificial intelligence.


• You will be overseeing monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow forecasting and financial analysis for internal stakeholders and the parent company.


• You will be owning financial governance, including internal controls, statutory audits, Sarbanes Oxley controls and the development of robust financial control frameworks.


• You will be leading business partnering activities across central and garrison teams, supporting commercial and project finance functions with forecasting and commentary.


• You are a member of the Extended Leadership Team, championing organisational values, innovation, cross\-functional collaboration and support to the Finance Director.

• Qualifications: You will hold a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA and be degree educated.


• Experience: You will have a proven track record of managing teams within a commercial business environment, supported by strong technical accounting knowledge, commercial awareness and experience of VAT and Construction Industry Scheme requirements.


• Skills: You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, strong leadership capability, advanced Microsoft Excel and systems knowledge, and the ability to adapt, organise effectively and challenge constructively.
