Head of Business Change & Implementation
Do you thrive at the intersection of leadership, implementation and change?
Are you the kind of leader who does not just design change, but helps translate future business processes into practical ways of working that create real impact and value?
We are looking for a Head of Business Change \& Implementation to lead, develop and professionalise our Business Change \& Implementation capability while helping shape how transformation is implemented consistently across STARK Group.
In this role, you will not only lead change initiatives, you will help build the common frameworks, tools, communication principles and implementation approaches that ensure employees experience one coherent transformation across programmes, business units and initiatives.
You will play a key role in establishing scalable ways of working for change and implementation by translating strategic ambitions, future business processes and customer journey improvements into practical execution that works in everyday operations.
This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who combines strong people leadership with the ability to build organisational capability, standardise where it creates scale, and ensure local adoption where it creates impact.
Your role and impact
As Head of Business Change \& Implementation you hold formal leadership responsibility for the Business Change \& Implementation team while acting as a senior change professional yourself. You will play a central role in shaping how change, implementation and business process discipline support STARK Group’s wider transformation agenda.
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Change Professionals
- Drive the development of common change and implementation standards, frameworks and ways of working across transformation initiatives
- Set clear direction, priorities and standards for how change and implementation are delivered
- Ensure change initiatives are executed end\-to\-end \- from design and business clarification to adoption and anchoring
- Ensure employees experience one coherent transformation journey across programmes and business units
- Build and operationalise scalable change products, templates, concepts and implementation artefacts that can be reused across initiatives to ensure consistency
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, product teams and key stakeholders across the transformation organisation
- Enable leaders and teams with practical tools, communication and support to drive adoption locally
- Act as a role model for pragmatic, value\-creating change leadership with strong transparency, governance and focus on business benefits
What you will be responsible for
- People leadership, including team development, engagement, performance and capability building
- Owning delivery across multiple change and implementation initiatives with clear prioritisation and focus on execution
- Designing, building and operationalising common change and implementation products, templates, concepts and artefacts that create a consistent transformation experience across STARK Group and mature STARK Group’s change and implementation capability.
- Ensuring change frameworks, communication and implementation approaches are scalable, easy to use and adopted consistently across initiatives and business units
- Continuously improving ways of working, governance and enablement approaches with a strong focus on automation, simplicity, usability and business impact
- Enabling leaders and the organisation to drive sustainable adoption by creating clarity, readiness, follow\-up structures and practical implementation support
- Supporting senior leaders, Business Process Owners and stakeholders in sponsoring, aligning and role\-modelling change
- Contributing to the establishment of change networks, ambassador structures and capability\-building initiatives across the organisation
Who we are looking for
We imagine that you:
- Have proven solid leadership experience ideally from consulting, transformation programmes or other complex organisations
- Know how to create structure and governance without creating unnecessary complexity and that you believe in simple, scalable and practical approaches rather than heavy theoretical frameworks
- Are comfortable taking responsibility, setting direction and driving execution in an environment filled with complexity and change
- Bring a strong understanding of business processes and change disciplines, and translate frameworks, strategy and business needs into practical, everyday implementation without becoming overly theoretical.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills, can build trust across leaders, process owners and delivery teams and navigate naturally across organisational levels.
- Combine a proactive, energetic approach with a commercial mindset and a strong motivation to improve how the business works for customers and colleagues
- Are comfortable moving between strategic discussions, governance design and hands\-on implementation
- Master Danish at a professional level in writing and speech
In return, we offer a key leadership role in a central transformation capability with high influence and visibility across the organisation. You get a strong mandate to shape how change is done \- not just support it.
