We are currently seeking a driven, reliable, and enthusiastic full\-Time Housekeeper / Room Operations Manager to lead our accommodation services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking for long\-term income security within a supportive, hands\-on environment.About the RoleThis full\-time position is ideal for an individual with 2–3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a boutique inn, pub with rooms, or hotel setting. We feature 4 beautifully appointed guest rooms.Key Responsibilities

• Breakfast Hospitality \& Guest Services (07:00 – 10:00\): Welcoming staying guests, hosting breakfast service, managing guest check\-outs, processing payments, and ensuring a warm, professional final impression.


• Luxury Room Resets (10:00 – 17:00\): Managing, deep cleaning, and resetting our 4 guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an exceptional standard (approx. 1 hour per room) immediately following checkout.


• Laundry Management: Managing on\-site laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and neatly folding premium linens and towels.


• Inventory \& Stock Control: Organising storage areas, keeping linen closets fully stocked, tracking cleaning supplies/guest amenities, and reporting stock shortages to management.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping, premium cleaning, or hotel operations.


• Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail to maintain our high\-end, refined countryside brand standards.


• Time Management: Outstanding organizational skills to seamlessly balance room turnaround times with afternoon public space deep cleaning.


• Stamina: Strong physical stamina required for a full\-day active role involving lifting, bending, and continuous movement.


• Transport: Reliable independent transport is essential to reach our rural location in Skirmett, Henley\-on\-Thames.
