Lead Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice with a Predominantly Private Patient Base

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Lead Associate Dentist to join our well\-established mixed dental practice with a predominantly private patient base on a full\-time basis (4 days per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is keen to play a leading role within a progressive and patient\-focused practice.

The successful candidate will benefit from an established patient base, excellent private earning potential, and the opportunity to further develop advanced clinical interests within a supportive and modern environment.

The Role

• Full\-time position – 4 days per week


• Self\-employed Associate role


• Mixed NHS and private practice with a predominantly private patient base


• 2,200 UDAs per annum


• Opportunity to undertake a clinical leadership role within the practice


• Clinical freedom in a modern, well\-equipped environment

We are looking for a clinician who:

• Is fully registered with the General Dental Council and holds a valid NHS Performer Number.


• Has experience working within a mixed or private dental practice environment.


• Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


• Is committed to delivering outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.


• Has a keen interest in clear aligners therapy, including systems such as Invisalign/Clearcorrect or equivalent.


• Has an additional special interest in areas such as cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, dental implants, endodontics, oral surgery, or facial aesthetics.


• Is enthusiastic about growing and developing private treatment provision.

• 2,200 UDAs per annum


• Competitive UDA rate, negotiable dependent upon experience, clinical skills, and ability to develop private dentistry


• Private income split negotiable (typically 45%–50%), dependent upon experience and scope of practice


• Fee\-dependent remuneration based on individual NHS and private revenue generated


• Excellent earning potential within an established practice with strong private demand
