+ Training \& DevelopmentWe are currently seeking a professional Hard Services Contract Manager. You will manage multi\-discipline building services contract for a multi\-site national blue\-chip leisure services client and additional minor contracts as required. You will build strong relationships, maximising client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth across the account.
As a Hard Services Contract Manager, you will:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business\-related matters.
+ Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
+ Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, such as Operations and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
+ Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
+ Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.Skills \& Experience:
+ Strong account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing accounts within Hard Services Facilities Management.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long\-term relationships.
+ Strategic thinking and problem\-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
+ Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
+ From an M\&E engineering discipline / or formal qualification
+ Valid UK Driving Licence with access to own personal carDesirable:
+ Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locationsWe’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
