As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Hair Transplant Surgeon / Hair Restoration Doctor to join our team and help further develop our hair restoration services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician with experience in hair restoration medicine and hair transplantation to work within an established and reputable clinic, supported by a multidisciplinary team and a growing patient demand.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

Hair Transplant Surgery

• Perform FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) hair transplant procedures


• Design natural hairlines and treatment plans tailored to individual patients


• Assess donor area suitability and graft requirements


• Oversee graft extraction, implantation and procedural quality


• Ensure excellent surgical outcomes and patient safety

Hair Restoration Medicine

• Conduct comprehensive hair loss consultations and assessments


• Diagnose and manage male and female pattern hair loss and other hair disorders


• Prescribe and monitor oral and topical hair loss treatments where appropriate


• Develop personalised medical hair restoration programmes


• Interpret blood tests and relevant investigations


• Provide ongoing patient follow\-up and aftercare

Patient Care

• Deliver high\-quality patient care from consultation through to long\-term follow\-up


• Maintain accurate clinical records and governance standards


• Provide informed consent discussions and treatment counselling


• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical team


• Contribute to service development and patient education initiatives

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high\-quality hair restoration consultations, medical management of hair loss, and hair transplant procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical governance.

Requirements

• GMC registration with a licence to practise


• MRCGP, CCT, surgical training, or equivalent medical qualification


• Professional indemnity insurance


• Up\-to\-date immunisation records


• Experience performing FUE hair transplant procedures


• Strong consultation and patient communication skills


• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes


• Recognition with BUPA and/or AXA (desirable)

Desirable Experience

• Hair restoration medicine


• Medical management of hair loss


• DHI hair transplantation


• Aesthetic medicine


• Private practice experience
