General Manager – Fitzrovia Flagship Hershesons \| Full\-Time

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven GM in premium salons, luxury retail, or hospitality.


• Clients: Track record of serving high\-net\-worth individuals with absolute discretion.


• Commercials: Direct P\&L ownership and proven success driving revenue and space utilization.


• Leadership: Ability to lead creative teams, recruit, and manage performance directly.


• Autonomy: Systems\-savvy (Zenoti, Xero) and capable of operating without a central corporate team.

The Role Reporting to the COO, you will lead the Fitzrovia flagship from the salon floor, driving commercial profitability, daily operations, and a flawless client journey.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Deliver highly personalized service from booking to checkout to maximize loyalty.


• Growth: Optimize stylist revenue, chair utilization, and average spend using data\-driven scorecards.


• Team: Coach stylists, colorists, and front\-of\-house staff, partnering with training teams on career progression.


• Operations: Maintain tight control over scheduling, stock, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
