We are looking for an ambitious Membership Sales Manager to lead membership growth, generate new business opportunities, and create an exceptional member experience at our club in Edgware.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking within the local community, and turning conversations into long\-term customer relationships. You'll play a key role in the club's success while enjoying excellent earning potential and career development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving membership sales and achieving monthly targets


• Generating leads through community outreach and local partnerships


• Conducting club tours and membership consultations


• Converting enquiries into memberships


• Building relationships with local businesses, schools and community groups


• Supporting member retention and engagement initiatives


• Organising promotional events and marketing activities


• Delivering exceptional customer service to members and prospects


• Working closely with the General Manager to maximise club performance

• Previous experience in sales, membership sales, fitness, retail, hospitality or customer\-facing roles


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills


• Positive, energetic and self\-motivated personality


• Confident working towards sales targets and KPIs


• Passion for fitness, health and helping others achieve their goals


• Excellent organisational and time\-management skills
