Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our team and are looking for 2–3 Service Engineers to service and repair gym equipment across the Southwest. If you’re practical, motivated, and enjoy problem\-solving, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

About the Role

Based near our Cheddar service hub, you’ll travel daily to commercial and residential customer sites across the Southwest. This is a customer\-facing role requiring professionalism, technical skill, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Your day will typically start early to ensure you are on\-site for 8:00am.

You will be responsible for:

\- Repairs

• Attending allocated service calls


• Diagnosing and repairing reported faults


• Identifying required parts and solutions

\- Preventative Maintenance

• Carrying out routine servicing and function testing


• Recording issues and parts required


• Ensuring equipment is safe and operating efficiently

Gym equipment experience is desirable — but not essential. Full training is provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical repair knowledge (essential)


• Experience using a multimeter


• Good understanding of tools and fault\-finding techniques


• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule


• Excellent problem\-solving skills (including researching solutions when needed)


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Competent IT skills for reporting and documentation


• High attention to detail and quality\-focused mindset


• Motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable


• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
