Anytime Fitness Clarkston is looking for someone to continue to grow the membership base andconstantly want to find innovative ways to put a smile on our members' faces. Leading a small team, you’ll strive to develop a real positive experience for our members and be a positive force in the local community.

Key responsibilities are outlined below (although the below list is not exhaustive and you will be required to support the Area Managers with other activities where required)

• Leading, developing and executing the club’s marketing planning and strategy – e.g. events, outreach/inreach activity, digital and print marketing strategy, specific campaign preparation


• Own and develop best\-in class social media – planning, developing, posting Interactive, on brand content (e.g. workout tips/hints, member shout\-outs, competitions, nutritional advice etc)


• Driving lead generation and outreach activity to achieve targets set by the Area Sales Manager


• Corporate development and wellness – build relationships with decision makers by all channels (LinkedIn, direct email, knocking on doors) and design bespoke proposals to bring on board new business


• Deliver high quality sales/calls tours training aligned with AF service assessment guidelines


• Customer service, complaint handling and resolution and retention of existing members


• Own club operations and maintenance of the club, including health and safety compliance


• Club Culture – driving a great atmosphere for our members to achieve their fitness goals

You will be a motivated and confident leader who is commercially driven and has the ability to see how the details matter, making constant, small changes to make your club the best it can be. Most importantly though, you will love building rapport with your members and understanding their motivations and offering support.

This is a full\-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined but will involve a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
