We are looking for an experienced and passionate Family Substance Use Worker to join Children's Services and support children and families affected by substance misuse to achieve positive and sustainable change.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with children, young people and families facing complex challenges, including substance misuse, safeguarding concerns and family adversity. You will build positive relationships, undertake direct work with families and work alongside partner agencies to improve outcomes for children.
