About the Job

As a Guest Services Coordinator – At Your Service, you will serve as the main point of contact for our guests and act on their needs throughout their stay. You will handle guest requests, provide information, coordinate with various hotel departments, and ensure seamless communication to deliver outstanding guest experience.

You will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of service associated with the Marriott brand and contribute to creating unforgettable stays for our guests.

You will be reporting directly to the Reservations \& Guest Services Manager and will be part of the Front Office team.

Tasks

  • Answer incoming guest calls and emails and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments

  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency

  • Process wake\-up calls, process room service orders, and promote the hotel’s restaurant

  • Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction

  • Ensure all communication reflects Marriott’s brand standards

  • Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike

  • As part of the front office team, you will assist in daily operations when needed such as check\-ins, check\-outs, luggage etc.

  • You will support the reservation team in their work on a daily basis.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys delivering personalized service.

You preferably have:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, front office, or customer service

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • A professional and positive attitude

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • The ability to remain calm and service\-focused in busy situations

  • Good knowledge of computer systems and telephone handling

  • A team\-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across departments

Additional Information

This position includes flexible working hours, and shifts may vary throughout the day, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
