The Role

We’re looking for a T\-shaped Growth Marketer — someone who’s deep in one channel (in acquisition and/or retention), but experienced across the full customer journey. You’ll work with product, content, and paid media to scale a fast\-growing pet subscription business.

If you’re a channel owner in a D2C or pet health brand and you’re ready for more impact, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do


  • Own one core channel (e.g. Paid Social, Email, Acquisition, CRO, CRM) while supporting others

  • Launch and iterate on growth campaigns across multiple markets

  • Partner with creative and data to deliver high\-performance marketing

  • Analyze performance and generate ideas to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion

  • Work closely with product and GTM to align on strategy and execution

What You Bring


  • 2–10 years of experience in D2C, pet, or subscription startups

  • Specialized in at least one marketing channel

  • Strong understanding of performance, customer behavior, and growth levers

  • Data\-driven, creative, fast\-paced thinker

  • Bonus: experience with pet fresh food
