About Bullion
Bullion Chocolate is an award\-winning bean\-to\-bar chocolate maker and the team behind Chocolate Bar by Bullion. We manufacture craft chocolate from ethically sourced cocoa beans and operate retail and hospitality venues alongside our online store.
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded marketer to help grow customer engagement, increase store visits, and drive online sales.
This role combines content creation, social media, customer marketing, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and have a direct impact on business growth.
Hours \& Pay
- 2–4 days per week

- Regular on\-site content creation required
- £15–£20 per hour depending on experience
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, communicating with customers through email and app campaigns, and supporting initiatives that increase revenue both online and in\-store.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create photo and video content for social media
- Capture content in stores, cafés, events, and production facilities
- Film and edit short\-form videos and reels
- Create graphics and promotional assets
- Maintain a content calendar
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels
- Schedule and publish content
- Respond to comments and messages
- Build community engagement
- Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations
- Monitor trends and opportunities
- Create and send email campaigns
- Grow and engage the mailing list
- Support customer segmentation
- Assist with automated email journeys
- Promote launches, events, seasonal products and offers
- Create customer communications through the app
- Schedule push notifications and promotions
- Encourage repeat visits and purchases
- Support loyalty and rewards campaigns
- Support campaigns that drive:
- Store footfall
- Online sales
- Gift purchases
- Seasonal promotions
- Events and experiences
- Help measure campaign performance and customer engagement
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Ability to create engaging content
- Photography and videography skills
- Video editing skills for reels and short\-form content
- Strong written communication
- Organised and self\-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in hospitality, food \& beverage, retail, or ecommerce
- Email marketing experience
- CRM or customer marketing experience
- Experience with loyalty programmes
- Paid social advertising experience
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
