We are an early\-stage Irish technology startup looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Growth Marketer to help us build our customer base from the ground up.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who wants to test ideas, find what works, measure real results and help turn an early\-stage business into a growing company.
You will work directly with the founders, have real influence from the beginning and help shape how we acquire and grow our customer base.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The role starts part\-time at:
€80 per week \+ performance\-based bonus
We want to be completely transparent: we are an early\-stage startup, so the role starts small.
But we are not looking for someone we want to keep at €80 per week forever.
If you demonstrate that your work is helping us acquire customers, improve conversions and build sustainable growth, we want your responsibility, remuneration and career opportunity to grow with the business.

Future progression will depend on measurable performance, business growth, revenue, cash flow, increased responsibilities and mutual agreement. It is not automatic or guaranteed.

You will help us build, test and continuously improve our growth strategy, including:
- Customer acquisition \& lead generation
- Meta Ads \& Google Ads / PPC
- SEO \& content
- Social media growth
- Landing\-page \& conversion optimisation
- Email marketing \& CRM
- Partnerships, referrals \& community growth
- A/B testing and growth experiments
- Analytics, KPIs \& performance reporting
We want to know: What worked? What didn't? What did it cost? What converted? What should we do next?WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We care about real business growth — not vanity metrics.
We will focus on measurable results such as:
New customers Qualified leads Acquisition cost Conversion Customer activation Campaign performance Repeat engagement Sustainable customer growth
YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS
Your first month will focus on:
- Understanding the business, market and target audience
- Reviewing our current marketing position
- Establishing tracking and key KPIs
- Identifying the strongest acquisition opportunities
- Running small, controlled experiments
- Testing channels, messaging and offers
- Analysing results and recommending what we should do next
We expect ownership, experimentation, learning and measurable progress.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your current title matters less to us than what you can actually do.
You may be a Growth Marketer, Performance Marketer, Digital Marketer, Paid Acquisition Specialist, Marketing Executive, ambitious marketing graduate or freelancer.
Experience in some of these areas would be valuable:

You should be:

This is initially a small part\-time role, primarily remote and flexible, with regular communication with the founders and occasional in\-person meetings in Dublin.
We care more about impact, progress and measurable output than hours spent at a desk.
