Group Media Finance Assistant (Part- time 20 hrs per week)
Looking for a new and exciting opportunity within a small friendly team? Now is the time to join us as we offer the role of Group Media Finance Assistant (Part\- time 20 hrs per week). Reporting directly to the CEO and Group Financial Controller you will be based in Dublin 1 at our Radio Station offices, taking on our important AP and AR tasks, alongside preparing monthly Management Accounts for one of our entities.
You will work with close\-knit teams based in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Clare \& Galway, have strong communication skills to converse with our range of stakeholders and the ability to manage your time effectively. This role requires someone with strong AR skills and exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work on their own initiative. Experience in bringing accounts to Trial Balance and strong reconciliation skills are required. There will be further opportunity to expand your role and responsibilities as the work beds in.
A typical day will include strong AP/AR tasks such as invoice posting, credit control, account reconciliations, payment runs alongside assisting the CEO \& FC with other ad hoc tasks as required across the group.
This role would suit someone who is Level 3 AAT qualified, or possibly part qualified ACCA/CIMA, and who is looking to make their mark in our team based in Dublin. This position is fully office based.
Xero experience is desired, but not essential. However, a minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in a similar busy role/area is essential.
Pay: €17\.00\-€20\.00 per hour
