Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you’ll provide operational and strategic HR support, mentor colleagues, manage sensitive employee matters fairly, and lead people\-focused projects across all hotels. We’re looking for a hands\-on, energetic HR professional (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) with Jersey employment law knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for making a tangible difference. Immediate right to work in Jersey/UK required.
