Graphics / Product Administrator
Location: Ford, Shrewsbury (SY5) – *Just off the A458 Welshpool Road*
*(Own transport ideal due to rural location)*
Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent, in person (No Remote Working)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 *(With 1 hour for lunch)*
We are seeking a versatile Graphics / Product Administrator to join our team at our Ford site. This is a unique hybrid role combining design precision with technical product administration in a fast\-paced agribusiness environment. The Role \& Responsibilities
This position offers a vast assortment of interesting and creative duties. Your day\-to\-day will involve:
- Content Creation: Designing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Graphic Design: Creating high\-quality graphics for our products and packaging.
- Marketing Material: Designing and producing our bi\-monthly promotional flyers and customer offer sheets.
- Product Familiarisation: Spending time getting to truly understand our product range so you can confidently provide technical advice to customers.
- Sales Support: Providing vital support to the main sales office by answering phone enquiries and assisting clients.
Essential Criteria:
- Graphic Design Experience: We are looking for someone with a foundational knowledge of design software, but we are fully prepared and happy to invest time in training the right person to develop their technical product knowledge and business skills.
- IT Literacy: Competent and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and various social media platforms.
- Workload Management: The organisational ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Attitude: A keen, flexible problem solver with a helpful and approachable demeanour.
- Practical experience using AI tools to optimise workflows.
- A technical or mechanical mindset (an interest in how things work).
- Sales Experience or technical customer service.
- E\-commerce experience
- General marketing knowledge, including SEO and Google Analytics.
