- Work through a warm pipeline using our CRM to meet activity and sales KPIs.

- Explain policy features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional cover where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full FCA compliance.

You’ll report directly to the New Business Team Leader, with monthly 1‑1s to support your growth and performance. Our dedicated Training \& Compliance Team will guide you through a comprehensive six‑week induction, followed by ongoing development sessions to help you excel.
