We create everything from retail activation concepts and point\-of\-sale displays through to social content, digital campaigns, e\-commerce assets, presentations, packaging and motion graphics. The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for both print and digital design to support our growing studio.
This is a varied role that will involve working across creative campaigns, retail activations, social content, presentations, motion graphics, digital assets and content adaptation. You'll be comfortable switching between creative thinking, design execution and detailed rollout work, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive and enjoys working in a fast\-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Designing and adapting creative assets across print and digital channels
- Creating content for social media, e\-commerce and digital campaigns
- Supporting the development of retail and shopper marketing materials
- Editing video content and motion graphics
- Preparing artwork for production and final delivery
- Maintaining brand consistency across all outputs
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Quality checking work before release
- Adhering to specific specifications documentation
- Experience working within a design agency or similar creative environment
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative and technical ability
- Experience working with beauty, retail or FMCG brands
- Knowledge of print production and artwork
- Understanding of AI\-assisted creative workflows

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
