Job Title: Graphic Designer \& Content Creator
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer \& Content Creator position plays a key role in supporting YPP’s brand presence across digital and print platforms through high\-quality creative design and visual content. This role focuses on producing engaging graphics, social media assets and video content that align with YPP’s branding while supporting wider marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design \& Branding
● Design brochures, banners and marketing materials for both print and digital use.
● Create email marketing visuals and website graphics aligned with YPP’s branding and visual identity.
● Maintain strong consistency across layouts, typography, branding and visual hierarchy across all creative output.
● Support the production of promotional materials for campaigns, launches, events and internal communications.
● Collaborate on maintaining and evolving YPP’s visual standards and creative direction.
Paid \& Organic Social Content
● Design static and carousel creatives for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.
● Create engaging assets for organic social media including stories, carousels, reel covers and promotional content.
● Produce platform\-specific content that supports engagement, audience growth and campaign performance.
● Create high quality video content for social media, website and presentations including editing and formatting for different platforms.
● Monitor creative trends and platform developments to help keep YPP’s content fresh, engaging and competitive.
Collaborative Efforts
● Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
● Work closely with photographers, videographers and marketing executives to produce high quality creative assets.
● Support wider departments with presentations, signage and other branded communication materials where required.
● Contribute creative input to campaigns while ensuring designs meet both visual and strategic objectives.
Innovation \& Organisation
● Work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
● Maintain organised libraries of creative assets and content for efficient future use.
● Suggest improvements to creative workflows and content production processes.
● Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard with strong attention to detail and organisation.
Requirements
● 2 years’ experience in a graphic design or creative content role.
● Strong understanding and eye for branding, layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Premiere Pro and Lightroom experience desirable.
● Confident working with platforms such as Canva.
● Comfortable working independently in a fast\-paced environment.
● Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
● Collaborative approach while also being confident working independently.
● Interest in interior design, property or lifestyle branding is desirable.
What We’re Looking For
This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bring ideas to life across multiple channels while maintaining a high standard of design, branding and execution across all YPP marketing activity.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
