Graphic Designer & Animator

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer \& Animator to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in visual storytelling, digital design, and animation, with the ability to produce engaging content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop high\-quality graphic designs and animations for various digital media, including videos, social media content, websites, and promotional materials.


• Utilise software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Mudbox, and Unity to create compelling visual assets.


• Create 3D models and animations using 3ds Max or Maya, ensuring accurate anatomy representation and realistic textures.


• Implement animations within game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity to enhance interactive experiences.


• Edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro and perform colour grading to ensure visual consistency across projects.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to conceptualise ideas and translate them into engaging visual narratives.


• Maintain organised workflows using version control systems such as Perforce and manage project files efficiently.


• Write scripts or code snippets in C\#, Python, or C\+\+ to automate tasks or develop customised animation tools.


• Apply photography skills for asset creation or promotional content as needed.


• Stay updated with industry trends in graphic design, animation techniques, and emerging software tools.

• Proven experience in graphic design and animation within a professional environment or portfolio showcasing relevant work.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Maya, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Mudbox, Unity, Unreal Engine, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere.


• Strong knowledge of programming languages including C\#, Python, and C\+\+ for scripting and tool development.


• Familiarity with version control systems like Perforce for collaborative workflows.


• Excellent understanding of anatomy for character modelling and rigging purposes.


• Experience with 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max or Maya is desirable.


• Knowledge of photography principles and video editing techniques is advantageous.


• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within tight deadlines while maintaining high\-quality standards.
