Bright Pathway Ltd is expanding across the UK education and vocational training sector and is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to support our brand development, digital presence and learner recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for digital, social media and marketing campaigns.
Develop branded materials for courses, training programmes and company communications.
Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures and promotional materials.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Work with the marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts.
Edit images and create visual content for websites and social media.
Prepare artwork for both digital and print use.
Keep up to date with current design trends and industry standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour and branding.
Strong creative and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
Experience in education, training, marketing or recruitment is desirable.
Salary \& Right to Work
£37,000–£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
