Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to develop their classroom skills, learn from experienced educators and make a real impact on children's learning before beginning teacher training.

The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging KS1 lessons


• Work with pupils individually, in small groups and as part of the whole class


• Help children develop confidence in literacy, numeracy and communication


• Prepare classroom resources and support with daily classroom routines


• Encourage positive behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment


• Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of primary education

What We're Looking For We're looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who has:

• A UK-recognised degree (essential)


• Previous experience working with children in a school, tutoring, childcare, coaching, mentoring or similar setting


• A genuine ambition to pursue a career in teaching or education


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting young learners
