We're working with a global management consultancy with an outstanding reputation, a genuinely collaborative culture and an impressive track record of retaining people. The business has recently moved into a fantastic new London office and is continuing to grow.
They're looking for a polished, experienced Executive Assistant / Senior EA to join their team and provide high-level support to a small group of Managing Directors. And yes — it's three days a week, Wednesday to Friday, making this a particularly attractive opportunity for an experienced EA looking for a senior role with a better work-life balance.
The Role
A senior EA role with plenty of variety This is a true 360° EA position. You'll be supporting very senior MDs, so no two days will be quite the same.
- Managing complex global diaries across multiple time zones
- Extensive international travel management, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
- Coordinating meetings, calls and constantly changing schedules
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and formatting documents, presentations and reports
- Drafting correspondence and communications on behalf of the MDs
- Supporting business development and marketing activity
- Anticipating what your executives need and making sure everything happens seamlessly
- Working closely with other EAs and teams across the global business
- You'll be supporting senior people who have demanding schedules and international responsibilities, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable operating at this level and enjoys being one step ahead.
You'll have extensive experience as an EA, with a strong background supporting multiple senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment. You don't have to come from management consultancy — experience within professional services, financial services, investment, technology or another similarly high-performance environment could be highly relevant.

- Has excellent complex diary and international travel experience
- Is polished, professional and confident with senior stakeholders
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail
- Has genuine commercial awareness
- Is tech savvy, strong systems skills and document production flair
- You will also be a collaborative relationship builder and embrace complexity
