Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. You’ll receive full training, ongoing mentorship, and clear progression into closing roles such as Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales team members
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of activity using CRM systems
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Recent graduate (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, target\-driven, and results\-oriented mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- A genuine interest in sales, finance, or business development
- Salary: £35,000 base \+ £20,000 OTE
