- Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls, building strong candidate talent pools
- Support consultants with recruitment campaigns and candidate delivery
- Carry out market research and mapping to identify potential candidates and clients
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation
- Build relationships with candidates and clients, providing a high level of customer service
- Support business development activity and attend networking and industry events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Take part in training and development programmes to build your knowledge
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- A proactive and driven approach, with a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
- The confidence to speak with candidates, clients and prospective contacts
- A commercial mindset and an interest in developing sales and business development skills
- The ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your own responsibilities
- A positive attitude, resilience and the motivation to learn and progress
