Vehicle Technician

Our reputable client in Braintree, Essex, is currently looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy team. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and the chance to develop your career within a well-established dealership environment.

- Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,480 per year
- Competitive basic salary between £34,000 and £37,000
- Productive bonus scheme including £3,000 productivity bonus and additional time saved incentives

- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturday mornings

- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer’s specifications
- Conducting pre- and post-vehicle service checks and diagnostics
- Accurately completing service documentation and reports
- Identifying vehicle faults and discussing findings with customers
- Ensuring high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
