Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary
£28,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing cost plans and project budgets
- Support the commercial team with valuations and payment applications
- Assist with subcontractor procurement and payments
- Review quotations and project costs
- Help prepare reports, variations and final accounts
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
- Monitor project costs and maintain commercial records
- Attend site visits and meetings when required
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction\-related qualification
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
