Graduate Project Engineer - Logistics

Due to continued success and expansion we are looking for Graduates to join our Project Management team in Milton Keynes to help with the company's ambitious growth plans in the UK. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate preferably with a Logistics/Supply Chain, Engineering or business admin background, with knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.

The purpose of the role is to assist our Logistics project managers in the solution design process and process optimisation areas by conducting data analysis, documenting procedures and contributing to our solutions brainstorming sessions. The main project areas where you will be involved are

- Measure, analyse, report and manage both internal and external key performance indicators

- As a Graduate Engineer, you will initially assist project managers with existing projects in order to understand our philosophy, systems, tools and gain experience.
- Within 6\-8 months, you will progress to project engineer where you will be assigned projects in a number of areas such as solution design and implementation, process optimisation, purchasing and quality. You will also start dealing with clients accounts.
- Within 2\-3 years you will promote to project manager and will manage larger projects and client accounts with the help of 2\-3 project engineers and graduate engineers.
- Possibility of developing an international career where the ICP group is present: Spain (Madrid, HQ), France (Paris) or Portugal (Lisbon \& Porto)

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
