No previous recruitment experience is required. You'll receive comprehensive training, mentoring and hands-on support to help you develop into a successful Executive Search Consultant.

As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging senior professionals while developing long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and mapping markets to identify high-calibre senior professionals


• Conducting targeted headhunting campaigns


• Approaching and engaging passive candidates


• Building relationships with senior executives and industry leaders


• Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements


• Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful placement


• Interviewing and assessing senior-level candidates


• Using networking, LinkedIn, market research and direct outreach to source talent


• Advising candidates throughout the interview and selection process


• Learning how to negotiate and close high-value recruitment assignments


• Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client network


• Building your personal reputation and expertise within your chosen market


• Working towards individual revenue and performance targets

• 2024 graduates with commercial, sales or customer-facing experience


• 2025 graduates with a 2:1 degree or above


• 2026 graduates on track for a 2:1 or above


• Confident, articulate and comfortable communicating with senior professionals
