About Change Frontier
Change Frontier is a specialist finance change and transformation consultancy supporting organisations through complex finance, technology and business transformation programmes.
We work across finance transformation, ERP and EPM implementations, data and integration, business analysis, process improvement and programme delivery.
Our consultants work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Change, helping organisations implement new systems, improve processes and ensure that change is successfully adopted by the people who use them.
Our work frequently involves international and multi\-country transformation programmes, working with teams across different countries, cultures and languages.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a bright, motivated and detail\-oriented Graduate Associate Consultant to join Change Frontier on an initial four\-week fixed\-term engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their professional career who wants to gain practical experience in consulting, finance transformation and enterprise technology.
Your initial assignment will focus primarily on the creation of professional system documentation and end\-user guides for a finance transformation project.
You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand business and system processes and translate them into clear, accurate and easy\-to\-follow documentation for end users.
This is not simply a copywriting or administrative role. You will need to understand how a business process or system works, identify the important steps and communicate those steps clearly to someone who may be using the system for the first time.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating professional, step\-by\-step system user guides and training documentation
- Reviewing system processes and existing project documentation
- Navigating business systems to understand and document user journeys
- Capturing, editing and annotating system screenshots
- Translating technical or process information into clear instructions for end users
- Creating process flows, quick\-reference guides and supporting documentation
- Supporting the localisation and translation of documentation for international users where appropriate
- Working within Change Frontier document templates and quality standards
- Formatting professional documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy, consistency, grammar and presentation
- Maintaining document naming conventions, version control and document registers
- Incorporating feedback from consultants, subject\-matter experts and project stakeholders
- Supporting the wider consulting team with project documentation where required
- Ensuring assigned deliverables are completed to agreed deadlines and quality standards
You do not need previous consulting or ERP implementation experience. Training and guidance will be provided.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Technology, Languages, Management or a related discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to structure information clearly and logically
- Confidence learning and navigating unfamiliar software
- Strong organisational and time\-management skills
- The ability to work independently once given clear objectives
- A professional approach to deadlines and quality
- An interest in business, technology, finance or management consulting
As Change Frontier supports international transformation programmes, fluency in an additional language is highly desirable.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can confidently speak, read and write professionally in another language, as there may be opportunities to support international project teams and the localisation of system documentation and training materials.
European languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian or Polish would be particularly useful, although we welcome applicants fluent in any additional language.
Please clearly state any additional languages you speak and your level of proficiency in your application.
Other Desirable Skills
The following would also be advantageous, but are not essential:
- Experience creating user guides, training materials or process documentation
- Familiarity with ERP, finance or business systems
- Understanding of basic accounting or finance processes
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process\-mapping tools
- Experience using AI productivity tools responsibly to support research, drafting or documentation
- Previous internship, placement\-year or professional office experience
This role is designed to give you practical consulting experience rather than simply observational work.
During the engagement, you will gain exposure to:
- Real\-world finance transformation projects
- Enterprise finance and ERP systems
- Consulting methodologies and ways of working
- Business process documentation
- Professional system and training documentation
- International transformation programmes
- Working with experienced transformation consultants
- The quality standards expected when delivering work for professional clients
Contract \& Pay
This is an initial four\-week fixed\-term contract, working five days per week for approximately 20 working days.
The role pays £15\.00 per hour.
The successful candidate will be engaged as a temporary employee of Change Frontier LLP for the duration of the contract.
There may be opportunities for future assignments with Change Frontier following the initial engagement. High\-performing Associate Consultants may be considered for additional project work as opportunities arise.
Future work is not guaranteed and will depend on business and client requirements.
Who This Role Would Suit
This opportunity would particularly suit someone who has recently graduated and is looking for their first step into consulting, finance transformation or enterprise technology.
You may be considering a future career as a:
Business Analyst \| Finance Transformation Consultant \| ERP Consultant \| Technology Consultant \| Project Manager \| Finance Systems Consultant
If you're intellectually curious, enjoy understanding how things work and can turn complex information into something clear and easy to understand, we'd like to hear from you.

Please submit your CV together with a short statement covering:
- Why you are interested in finance and technology consulting.
