As a Sales Executive for Golf Tours, you'll help golfers from around the world plan unforgettable golf holidays across Ireland and other locations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into bookings.
- Building relationships with golfers, golf clubs, travel partners, and corporate clients.
- Creating personalised golf holiday itineraries based on client needs.
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry through booking confirmation.
- Achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury travel, or golf.
- Passion for golf, travel, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple client enquiries.
- Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and results\-driven.
- Knowledge of Ireland's golf destinations or luxury travel is highly desirable.
